Community Learning Gardens

The purpose of this project is to create an educational garden space focused on teaching people how to grow organic food in sustainable, innovative, and cost-effective ways that enrich our communities health and happiness.

My dream is to cultivate local spaces where individuals and families of any financial level can access free resources, attend classes, get their hands in the dirt, and gain confidence to grow their own gardens.

100% of the proceeds from my Garden E-guides, Virtual Classes, and donations from generous patrons like you go to serve this garden project.

Beyond the local garden, this project spans the globe providing free digital learning content for backyard gardeners everywhere!

Our 2024 goal is to document our Learning Gardens building process and share our progress on YouTube.

What we need to help this project bloom:

  • monetary donations for supplies: raised bed framing, organic compost, amendments, mulch, plant starts, and tools

  • item donations of wood materials, organic compost, mulch, trellises, pots, drip irrigation

  • donated growing spaces to build additional gardens

  • volunteers to manage growing spaces

If you’d like to get involved, have growing space to volunteer, or items to donate, email me at jen@everydaysage.co.
